Returns/Refunds: For Curriculum

You have 30 days to return your curriculum from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, repackaged safely, and shipped at your expense to:

Please return the receipt or proof of purchase with the curriculum.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit (on your credit card) depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will receive a check from us within 15 days.

Returns/Refunds: For Online Courses

You have 30 days to ask for a refund from the date you purchased your course. You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your online course, we will refund the entirety of your payment. We’d also like to know why you’re canceling. To request a refund within the first 30 days of service, send an email request to helaine@elevatustraining.com with your reason.

If you request a refund, we will delete your account from the course platform, and you will no longer have access to the lessons or materials.
